Welcome to a virtual visit to the Clarence House, Skegness. Under the personal supervision of Colin and Rita Foran, the hotel is located on the South Parade, overlooking the boating lake, the southern amenities and bowling greens. A no- smoking policy operates throughout the building. The location, just across the road from the golden sands of the southern beach, is ideal for the all the amenities that Skegness has to offer. Our small well stocked bar and residents T.V. lounge is very informal and welcoming, an ideal place to enjoy a quiet cool drink with other residents after a long day in the hot sun. Clarence House is one of only three hotels in Skegness with the award of 4 Stars for quality as issued by the English Tourist Council, and is the highest rated sea front accomodation in the town. For breakfast, enjoy the comfort of our breakfast room and our hearty "Full English Breakfast" menu - a meal in itself, cooked especially for you, to set you up for a good day in Skegness, or if you prefer, select from the rest of the menu.	Our comfortable breakfast room
We have eight letting rooms, all of which are en-suite. All rooms have colour teletext television, tea and coffee making facilities and hair driers. Our "Superior Rooms" have Four poster beds and sea views for those special occasions and for those who wish to impress!	A four poster in one of our excellent bedrooms
Three bedrooms have excellent sea views, plus panoramic views of South Parade. Residents in these rooms will enjoy visibility over the boating lake, sand dunes, southern gardens and bowling greens. We do recommend that those seeking sea-views reserve early to avoid disappointment. Two family rooms are available, either double & single or double and bunks. A cot is also available on request. An Iron and ironing board are available for the use of guests.	Splendid views of the boating lake, amenities and southern bowling greens from one of our sea facing bedrooms.

During July, August, September and bank holidays we can only accept a minimum stay of two night at the weekends.
